Bill Paulos
Founder, CEO

In 1982, Bill formed TSG as a public relations firm. Today, TSG has grown into a full service communications firm that is the longest running independently owned firm in Utah. TSG is now a premier communications organization with over 90 employees doing business in over 40 states and internationally.

Adapting and innovating as communication and technology change have been a priority for Bill—one that’s kept TSG in business for over 35 years. He’s led the agency through many different eras, always working with the latest technology to solve client communication problems. As a result, he jokes that he’s had “about ten different jobs” as CEO.

Bill’s work with the agency has resulted in recognition from various outlets, including numerous Utah Addy Awards (advertising), Golden Spike Awards (public relations), International Subway Marketing Awards, and more. In addition to his professional experience, Bill plays an active role in organizations such as the International Association of Business Communicators and the International Marketers Association.

As an active community member, Bill’s influence has been felt beyond the business sector, as he has served on the United Way Board of Directors, the Executive Board of Junior Achievement, and as a volunteer for the Greek Orthodox Church. He is a devoted husband to Julie and proud father of Sarah and Nicholas.
